I booked a bungalow with a separate bedroom. The location offered was stunning, a short walk to all amenities, great restaurants, beaches, and wineries. Also, Wild by Nature was only 1 mile away from the property.

This place is conveniently located near beaches and wineries, including the wide Ponquogue beach, making it a great base for exploring the Hamptons area. The room we stayed in had a separate bedroom.

The staff was friendly and the grounds were well maintained. The pool was lovely and the view from the room was beautiful.

There were some issues with the room, such as a tub that wouldn't drain and difficulty reaching the front office. The private beach was not easily accessible during high tide and the community areas were neglected.

Great value for money room plus climate control, flat-screen television and a microwave. Exceptionally clean bathrooms with a bath. Absolutely perfect and comfy position right on the bay, in the pretty area.

The room was perfect and fairly quiet, had a dining area, a sitting area and a couch bed. It had a bathtub in the particularly good bathroom...

I recently stayed at a charming family resort nestled right by the waterfront. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the bay and marina. The room was spacious and clean, complete with a lovely porch to enjoy my morning coffee. The resort had a variety of facilities such as an outdoor pool, play area for kids, and even options for boat rides.

The pool hours were somewhat limited, closing at 6 pm.

My reservation confirmation for Bugalow 5 was not honored. It was overbooked. However, the staff at Colonial Shores Resort handled the situation professionally and provided me with Bungalow 6 instead. Despite the initial mix-up, I still had a great stay.

The rooms at Colonial Shores Resort were modern and clean. I booked a room with a fantastic view of the bay. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel's location near the shore was beautiful and lovely.

As longer-term business travelers, we loved the attentive and friendly staff, with a warm welcome and constant check-ins. The room was beautifully renovated, offering a stunning view of Tiana Bay and the resort's pool. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, making our stay hassle-free.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The parking was convenient, and the location was close to restaurants and shops. The room we stayed in was updated and clean, with comfortable furniture and beds. The location was amazing, close to everything in the Hamptons. The resort had a friendly atmosphere and was definitely family-friendly. Plus, the pool was well-appointed and the cleanliness throughout the property was excellent.

One downside was the broken air conditioner in the front unit, but after complaining twice, the staff provided us with an AC unit for our room, which made a huge difference. We appreciated their effort to make our stay comfortable.
